Planeta Explora ACADEMY

Planeta Explora ACADEMY, located in Puerto Marina (Benalmádena, Málaga), offers a comprehensive educational program that fosters interest in various fascinating topics such as the universe, planets, animals, technology, artificial intelligence, and life itself. This initiative is supported by the educational team of Planeta Explora and Ciencia Divertida Málaga, along with decades of experience and collaborations with prominent institutions such as Encuentros con la Ciencia, SMA, ASA, ACM, and others.

At Planeta Explora ACADEMY, participants will enjoy a weekly one-and-a-half-hour session (or two sessions, as convenient), and they will also have free access to ExploraSaturdays, special events where they will interact with researchers on two Saturdays each month. Debates and exchanges with professionals prominent in their respective fields will also be promoted.

Planeta Explora ACADEMY sessions will cover topics spanning different areas, including:
- Science: biology, physics, chemistry, astronomy, geology, among others.
- Culture and Philosophy: critical thinking, big ideas, possible futures, among others.
- Hands-on Projects: teamwork on specific workshop topics.
- Cross-Cutting: discussions on values, group and individual attention, computational and technological thinking, among others.

This activity is designed for children with "high curiosity" and is divided into age groups: 5 to 6 years, 7 to 10 years, 11 and 12 years, and youth aged 13 to 16 years.
Fees are €40 per month for one weekly session and €65 per month for two weekly sessions.
The schedule is Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, and ExploraSaturdays are free of charge.

Planeta Explora ACADEMY collaborates with Encuentros con la Ciencia, SMA, as well as Planeta Explora Málaga and Ciencia Divertida, ensuring an enriching and high-quality educational experience.
